Kemampuan yang PT kami butuhkan adalah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Staf / Administrasi umum serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Adapun untuk persyaratan yang PT kami butuhkan adalah minimal Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Requirements :

Possess Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
Minimum 2 year of working experiences in a General Affairs is required.
Required Skills : Microsoft Office, Google Workspaces, Administration.
Detail-oriented, perform teamwork spirit and good negotiation skills.
Work location : Kolaka Branch.

Responsibilities :

Ensure business environment neat and tidy (housekeeping).
Manage building management and maintenance (including furniture).
Organizing staff and functions related: office boy / office girl, driver, messenger, security.
Manage vehicle management (service schedule, vehicle tax payment, dll)
Organizing vehicle / operational car.
Manage electricity management, water, telephone, office / car rent.
Manage payment related to water, electricity, ATK, pantry, housekeeping or other miscellaneous expenses.
Reserve accommodation employee business trip (including hotel, ticketing, mess, room rental/kost).
