Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist – GA Staff to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will welcome guests and clients, manage calls and correspondence, and support daily administrative and office operations.

Responsibilities
– Support efficient and cost-effective procurement for operational and production support needs.
– Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guest in a professional manner.
– Manage the visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.
– Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and packages.
– Assist in preparing letters, memos, and others administrative documents.
– Maintain office supplies inventory and assist in procurement request.
– Arrange meeting room schedules, prepare refreshment, and ensure cleanliness.
– Support internal events and office activities as needed.
– Perform additional tasks as assigned by GA/Admin Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

– Minimum SMA/SMK or Diploma in Administration/Management (or equivalent)
– Experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is an advantage
– Good communication skills, friendly personality, and professional appearance
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
– Willing to support general administrative and office needs
