About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Affairs (GA) Department Head to join our team at PT Visionet Data Internasional. In this full-time, on-site role based in Tangerang, Banten, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the essential administrative and operational functions that support our thriving Information & Communication Technology business.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and oversee the overall operations of the GA department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of essential services
• Develop and implement policies, procedures and best practices to streamline GA department operations
• Supervise and coordinate the work of the GA team, providing mentorship and guidance to drive performance
• Liaise with various internal departments to understand and address their administrative needs
• Monitor budgets, expenses and resource allocation within the GA department
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implementing cost-saving measures
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and internal policies
• Represent the GA department in management meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making

What we’re looking for

• 8+ years of experience in a similar General Affairs or administrative management role, preferably within the Information & Communication Technology industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in budget management and cost optimisation
• Thorough understanding of administrative processes and best practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, adaptable and committed to continuous improvement
