PT South Pacific Viscose (SPV), a member of Lenzing Group Austria, is located in Purwakarta, West Java. Strategically located between the capital city of Jakarta and West Java’s capital, Bandung, Purwakarta Regency was once better known as an industrial area. As the largest viscose site of the Lenzing Group, the Indonesia site has been a producer of botanic Viscose Staple Fibers and Sodium Sulfate since 1982. Lenzing’s wood-based botanic fibers are used in the textile and nonwovens industry and manufactured with eco-friendly processes.

For the area of General Affairs, we invite individuals with a strong interest in facilities management and general services to submit applications for the role of General Affairs Staff located in Purwakarta, Indonesia.

Your Ideal Profile:

• At least 2 years’ experience in general affairs, administrative, facilities management in manufactures industry.

• Good experience on executing projects and capabilities to deliver excellent service in multitasking skill.

• Good communication skills in English at intermediate level.

• Excellent communication, management and decision-making skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and other IT Application.

• Good knowledge in safety driving, and car maintenance.

Purpose of the job:

Deliver efficient and effective management of company’s day-to-day General Affair scope, and managing internal and external stakeholders, outsourcing, vendor or other related parties to ensure service management and operation are well maintained. Managing transport request schedule, maintenance car handling and reporting as procedure.

Process responsibility:

• Deliver overall efficient and effective management of company’s day-to-day General Administrative processes and its overarching general operations general services, office and public facilities e.g. colony, sport, parking and etc. to ensure smooth work process.

• Coordinate with service outsourcing companies and internal stakeholder to manage the transportation, canteen and cleanings.

• Managing transportation request and other administration
