Responsibility:

  • Control and manage office procedures and operations related to general affairs properly
  • Maintain the maintenance and security of all company assets, offices buildings including water, air conditioning, electricity, telephone, fax
  • Office building maintenance (including routine inspections required for public affairs facilities).
  • Analyzing the needs of office facilities.
  • Supervise the management of all company assets such as office equipment, transportation equipment, documentation, and building facilities so that they can run well.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the work environment (workspace, lobby and all areas of the company).
  • Controlling and manage schedule the work of Outsourcing (Receptionist/Telephone Operator, OB, Driver, Security).
  • Handling the procurement and distribution of stationery and other work tools.
  • Support the company’s operational activities through the procurement of goods and services needed.
  • Conducting a survey on the level of employee satisfaction with office facilities.
  • Handling of complaints related to office facilities and infrastructure.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly general affairs reports
  • Contribute to the development of general departmental goals, objectives and systems
  • Help with matters related to the environment and understanding of K3 (HSE) in the company.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in any major
  • Maximum 45 years old
  • At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in Hotel Management / Hospitality
  • Required language(s): English, Indonesia
  • Understand ISO 9001:2015; 14001 and 18001
  • Have the ability to plan Office Facilities Maintenance Schedule
  • Have the ability to secure Company facilities and Company assets.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organization skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team, as well as manage people.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Good computer skills – MS Office.
  • Integrity, honest, credible, disciplined.
