About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated General Affair Assistant & Chinese Interpreter to join our team at PT Datang Dssp Power Indonesia. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the overall operations of our company in Central Jakarta, Jakarta. With a focus on administrative tasks and Chinese language interpretation, this position is key to ensuring the smooth running of our business.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing administrative support, including filing, document management, and data entry
• Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the company
• Assisting with event planning, travel arrangements, and other logistical tasks
• Interpreting between Chinese and English for internal and external communications
• Translating documents, reports, and presentations as needed
• Liaising with various departments and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and information sharing
• Maintaining office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organised work environment

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor Degree (from China Mainland or China Taiwan will be an advantage)
• Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the energy or infrastructure industry
• Fluency in both Chinese (minimum HSK 5) and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
• A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
• Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices
