Urgently Hiring! – General Affairs & Legal Officer (Government Liaison Experience Preferred)

Location: Mempawah, West Kalimantan
Industry: Palm Oil Manufacturing

We are looking for a General Affairs & Legal Officer with strong experience in Government Liaison, expatriate documentation, and corporate permitting. This role is perfect for candidates who are confident in dealing with government institutions, understand legal processes, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

Public Relations & Internal Communication

  • Support internal communication related to company policies, compliance, and workplace culture.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure effective information flow.

Legal & Expat Affairs

  • Handle expatriate documentation including KITAS, SKTT, RPTKA, and other immigration requirements.

  • Liaise with immigration offices, legal consultants, and government institutions.

  • Review and manage corporate legal documents, contracts, and permits.

  • Ensure legal compliance related to labor laws and business operations.

General Affairs (GA)

  • Oversee office operations and expatriate needs (accommodation, logistics, facilities).

  • Manage corporate licenses, permits, and government correspondence.

Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat)

  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance for Bonded Zone activities.

  • Coordinate with Customs on reporting, audits, and bonded zone procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Communication, or International Relations.

  • 2–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing.

  • Strong knowledge of KITAS, SKTT, RPTKA, and bonded zone procedures.

  • Familiarity with Kawasan Berikat regulations.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong in coordination and administrative management

  • Able to join ASAP
