About the role

China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation are seeking a dedicated General Affair Administration – Mandarin Speaker to join their team in Makassar, South Sulawesi on a contract basis. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the wider business, with a focus on managing affairs in Mandarin. As a key member of the team, you will play an integral part in ensuring the smooth running of the organisation’s operations.

Job Requirements:

Fluent proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese Language (Speaking, Reading, Writting)
At least 2 year of experience in general affair or assistant manager ; Preferably Experience in Construction Company
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software is often requires
The ability to manage and prioritize work effectively is important
Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and a certain level of proficiency in Chinese communication
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong leadership and coordination skills
Willing to placed at Makassar, South Sulaweri

Responsibilities:

Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team and other departments as required
Handling and maintaining detailed records, filing systems and databases
Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings and managing correspondence
Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues
Performing general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing inventory and providing reception services
Contributing to the implementation of administrative policies and procedures
