Perusahaan kami telah merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi General Administrator Staff (HR,Accounting,Legal) di tempat usaha PT F&A BRAINS INDONESIA untuk domisili Jakarta Selatan serta sekitarnya.

Skill yang kami inginkan adalah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Sumber Daya Manusia / HR serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Untuk persyaratan yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah minimum Sarjana (S1). Sesuai dari peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 6.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

You will serve as a general administrative staff member, providing professional support to our consultants and other employees. This job offers an opportunity to acquire a broad range of professional knowledge in HR, Accounting & Finance, Tax, and Legal.

In addition to performing administrative tasks, you will also be required to support internal HR, Accounting & Finance, and tax operations, as well as address any issues that arise.

Occasionally, you will be assigned to assist with legal consultations for our clients, under the guidance of our legal consultants.

<Responsibilities>

◆ Administration

  • Purchasing office equipment
  • Regular communication with staff at the rental office
  • Managing contracts
  • Supporting and accompanying directors during their seminars

◆ Accounting and Finance

  • Inputting transactions into the accounting system (“jurnal.id”)
  • Arranging routine transfers and reimbursements and requesting approval from our director via Online Banking

◆ Tax

  • Calculating income tax (PPh) and creating tax summaries
  • Preparing income tax (PPH) SPT and ID-billing
  • Reconciling value-added tax (PPN)
  • Creating value-added tax (PPN) SPT and ID-billing
  • Creating A-1 forms

◆ HR (Using the “Talenta” system)

  • Monitoring employee attendance
  • Calculating salary take-home pay (THP) and income tax (PPh21)
  • Addressing any arising HR issues

◆ Legal

  • Assisting in obtaining visas for our clients
  • Operating OSS system to maintain company’s license and LKPM reporting.
  • Supporting other legal consultations with our clients

<Requirements>

  • Broad basic understanding of Accounting, Tax, HR, and Legal rules and regulations in Indonesia
  • Fluent in English speaking, writing, and reading
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to explain concepts clearly, logically, and in plain English
  • Strong interest in staying up-to-date with new regulations
