Kemampuan yang perusaahan butuhkan ialah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Staf / Administrasi umum serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Selain itu untuk persyaratan yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah minimal Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Yang merupakan peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 6.000.000 - Rp 7.700.000.

General Administration Staff

We are looking forward to hire Japanese speaking Indonesian to be our permanent employee.

Having a balanced combination of good attitude, adequate skills, and enough experience are very much appreciated.

Prospective candidate are required to conduct the following tasks and follow recruitment timeline.

/// Accounting Assistance

  • Assist the Management to timely produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial expenditure and expenses recap, process those with relevant people, government offices, or consulting companies to produce Balance Sheet [BS] and Profit and Loss [PL] documents.
  • Manage Cash transfer requests, Compile and Submit requests to Management for approval. The financial transactions are mostly related to, but not limited to, Office Operations expenses [Insurance, taxations, space rents, consulting services, system subscriptions, supplies replenishments, etc] and Sales expenditures [ Transports, Entertainments, accommodations, reimbursements, etc]
  • Assist the management to comply with quarterly and annual accounting audits by providing quarterly records of office financial transactions originated from Bank accounts and internal Cash Bank.
  • Upon Necessity, Bridge communication between Tokyo Head Office [in Japanese], and communication with Local Consultant in Bahasa or English.

// Personnel assistance 

  • Assist the management in managing personnel attendance and leave system, produce monthly attendance list to submit to Payroll consultant for salary calculations in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Bridge Communication related to personnel affairs with Human resource department Staff in Japan, using Japanese or English. Inclusive of, but not limited to, Employee training or sales related upskilling, National BPJS and Collective insurance utilizations, etc.

// Secretarial assistance

  • Manage business document keeping, update the office asset and inventory, communicate with Building management regarding Building services,
  • Assist the management in maintaining business licenses, certifications, and permits.
  • Support the sales team administration inquires upon necessary. Inclusive but no limited to business travel reservations, settlements, maintaining social media accounts, and others.
