Job Description: 

PT Gajah Duduk, established in 1972 in the textile industry, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Garment Production Supervisor to oversee the production of men’s thobe/gamis. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the entire production process, ensuring product quality, and maintaining operational efficiency in the factory.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the entire production process of men’s thobe/gamis from start to finish.
• Ensure that each production stage adheres to the company’s quality standards.
• Manage the production team, providing training and motivating them to meet targets.
• Coordinate with the design department to ensure alignment between design and final product.
• Develop production schedules and ensure production runs on time.
• Identify and resolve any production issues that may arise.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure the final product meets specified requirements.
• Monitor the use of raw materials and ensure there is no wastage.
• Report production progress to management and provide recommendations for efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Garment Production Supervisor, particularly in men’s clothing or traditional attire production.
• Deep understanding of garment production processes, including cutting, sewing, and finishing.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Skills in production scheduling and resource management.
• Knowledge of quality standards and textile materials.
