Dibutuhkan. loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Garage & Trucking Administration Staff di perusahaan PT Samudera Caraka Jasa untuk domisili Jakarta Selatan & Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kita butuhkan ialah Asisten Administratif (Administrasi & Dukungan Perkantoran) serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Job description:

  1. Route Planning and Dispatch: Collectively with Trucking and Garage Coordinator to plan and optimize trucking routes to maximize efficiency, minimize fuel consumption, and reduce transit times.
  2. Driver Control: Collectively with Trucking and Garage Coordinator to calculate rewards/bonuses and punishment/penalties, determining priorities for fleet use, driver attendance, driver rolling schedule, driver overnight and overtime, etc.
  3. Documentation: Prepare, review, and maintain accurate records related to trucking activities, including shipment schedules, driver logs, shipment-related document (delivery orders, goods receiving notes, seals, gate pass, etc.), and maintenance records.
  4. Scheduling: Assist in the scheduling of trucking routes and appointments, optimizing the use of resources and ensuring on-time deliveries.
  5. Vehicle Maintenance Records: Collectively with Trucking and Garage Coordinator and mechanic staff to maintain comprehensive records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, inspections, and related expenses.
  6. Inventory Control: Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies needed for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  7. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors and service providers for vehicle repairs and maintenance services, fuel, police department, truck fleet associations, fleet administration documents (KIR, STNK, etc.), and others.
  8. Reporting: Generate and reports on trucking activities (mileages, fuel reporting, shipment details, on-time delivery, defects, loss of goods, etc.), drivers KPI (attendance, cleanliness, good administration, etc.), maintenance schedules, and cost analysis to Trucking and Garage Coordinator.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a logistics or transportation setting, with exposure to trucking and garage maintenance.
  2. Proficiency in using office software, including spreadsheets and word processing.
  3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes is advantageous.
  5. Discipline, good motivated, and detail oriented.
  6. Ability to multitask and manage administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.
