Kemampuan yang kita butuhkan ialah Developer/Programmer (Teknologi Informasi & Komunikasi) serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Monitor game/blockchain Discord channel for service issues, user trends, and any other notable activity.
– Monitor official social media channels (Twitter, etc) and unofficial communities (Reddit, etc) for service issues and user trends.
– Respond to general user inquiries, redirect users with sensitive/account issues to appropriate CS channels, conduct community interactions/events to foster growth of the global gamer community on Discord.
– Compile reports (hourly quick-updates, end-of-shift summary reports) about user community issues.
REQUIREMENTS
– Advanced English language skills (reading, writing, speaking).
– Ability to navigate work tools (Slack, Discord) and general ability to search for user issues online.
– Ability to understand mentality of game/blockchain community and basic gaming/web3 culture.
– Ability to analyze user issues and reporting concisely.
– Responsibility to raise issues, good self-motivated work ethic, and to be a team player.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Past experience as a Community Manager/Moderator, or any work experience in games or web3 field.
– Any knowledge of Korean is also an asset.
SHIFT SCHEDULE
– A work day will consist of 8 hours a day, the shift schedule would be 4 days of work and 2 days off.
– There are 2 shifts, a morning shift and an afternoon shift.
- Morning shift: 8:00 to 17:00
- Afternoon shift: 15:00 to 00:00
– Weekdays will be in the office, and weekend work will be covered from home. Night shifts will also be covered from home and not the office.
The Discord channel will need 24 hour coverage every day, so you will be working with teams in other time zones outside of Indonesia as well.
