We are searching for a General Affair Staff with Industrial B2B experience. The ideal candidate would be proactive, can communicate well and have strong analytical and planning skills.

We are currently seeking highly qualified people with the following qualities to fill the position listed below

Responsibility:

• Managing GA’s administration
• Managing, supplying, and distributing all office stationery to all department. 
• Responsible for handling general affairs and office management, e.g. photocopy machine, electricity, water supply, AC, Pantry, etc. 
• Interface with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions.
• Maintenance office assets.
• Ensuring scheduled maintenance for office infrastructure, company vehicles, and any other project currently handled by GA team.

Job requirement:

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in any field with minimum GPA 3.00.
• With extensive experience, min 3-5-year(s) experience in HRGA.
• Have a driving license (A & C).
• Proficient with Excel.
• Proactive and able to work collaboratively.
• Can communicate well and have strong analytical & planning skills.
• Willing to work with high pressure.
• Good English communication oral and written.
• Willing to join as soon as possible
• Preferred Domicile at Tangerang.
• Willing to work in Gading Serpong, Tangerang
