Kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi GA Assistant Manager di perusahaan PT Internusa Jayaabadi Sentosa untuk domisili Jakarta Selatan atau sekitarnya.

Internusa Jayaabadi Sentosa (IJS) is doing services to growing-lifestyle hospitality companies and now looking for GA Assistant Manager with qualifications and job details below:

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources Management/Law/Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 5 Years of working experience in related field.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Familiar with the principles of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).
  • Familiar with the building management.
  • Familiar with the standard of cleanliness and tidiness of the office.
  • Familiar with the records management standards.
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office.

Job Details:

  • Prioritizing Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) in all aspects of the office environment without compromise, especially compliance with the protocol.
  • Managing overall general affairs of all offices well to ensure that all activities are carried out properly according to plans and budgets.
  • Coordinating all Departments on a regular basis related to the application process for the procurement of goods and/or services and others along with the invoice process for payment.
  • Monitoring and controlling all office administration including but not limited to office events/administration and logistics, facility and asset management, hygiene and sanitation, security and safety.
  • Inspecting all office facilities as part of a quality control review of the ongoing maintenance of facilities.
  • Managing and developing the team to be proactive with a sense of belonging who care about facilities & empathize to serve employees.
  • Analyzing the need for fixed assets and provide new building infrastructure based on Manpower Planning (MPP).
  • Controlling the payment process related to employees (e.g.: gasoline, credit, tolls, parking).
  • Controlling the management of the document storage and arrangement process in accordance with the 5R principles.
  • Controlling and distributing documents that must be sent on time and target.
  • Performing asset numbering and mutation as well as carrying out stock taking and asset sales.
  • Managing the sale of non-product company assets with standard selling prices that have been determined by the company.
  • Analyzing and checking the building location plan, quantity bill for renovation and relocation needs.
  • Identifying feasibility standards for building infrastructure in accordance with OHS policies.
  • Ensuring the procurement of goods and/or services in accordance with the terms and conditions set by the company.
  • Ensuring tender offer is in accordance with Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and material specifications.
  • Evaluating vendor performance in relation to GA vendors.
  • Monitoring all lease agreements and permits.
  • Monitoring building maintenance in branches or business units.
  • Controlling all Operating Expenditure (OPEX) expenses related to GA activities so that payments are accurate and timely.
  • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health, legal and safety standards.
  • Ensuring the allocation and management of facility space for maximum efficiency.
  • Supervising the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.
  • Planning and managing facility center services such as reception, security, cleaning.
  • Planning the purchase and controlling the use of stationery and pantry supplies.
  • Calculating and comparing the cost of goods and/or services to maximize cost effectiveness.
  • Negotiating contracts to optimize delivery and cost savings.
  • Preparing budget every year.
  • Contributing Corporate Social Security Responsibility activities.
