We are currently hiring for GA & Asset Officer to be place in Site Project – Palembang with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management or any other related disciplines.
  • Having 2 – 3 years of working experiences as GA & Asset Officer.
  • High initiative & attentive to details.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must be able to communicate in English (verbal and written).

Job Description:

  • Responsible for receiving, recording, and reporting all assets and consumable goods (office stationary, pantry supplies, cleaning tools, work uniforms, etc).
  • Carry out periodic control of project assets and inventory.
  • Coordinate with procurement to handle purchase order.
  • Manage maintenance schedule for mess and office cleanliness.
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders related to visit approval administration.
  • Prepare administration for mill visitor.
