About Future Talent Programme

Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in July 2023. You will onboard an individual designed development program for 24 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person.

As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

From day one you will be delivering results as a true team member following a development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position. You will be part of marketing team and learn about manage and deploy product and solution portfolio to capture business opportunities and growth.You will participate in product lifecycle management for defined product (s), for ensuring cost driven innovation and related strategy implementation and for facilitating timely resolution of quality issues.

The program starts on July 01 2023.
The position is based in Jakarta,Indonesia, Full time- Permanent role.

As our Future Talent Programme- Matketing Analyst you will learn about

• Work with the Product Development Needs filed by the clusters or internally. Chose the right sources, gather data and analyse to map the product life cycle

• Provide information to analyse impact and opportunities of innovation on product portfolio:

• Develop and maintain the commercial roadmap for product portfolio aligned with development strategy:

• Provide adhoc support to Market Companies regarding product portfolio

• Gather and update information on environmental aspects of product portfolio

• Participate in Project core teams, representing Product Management and providing relevant commercial and business inputs for systems development:

• Act as Product Management reference for quality issues related to product portolio, identifying priorities.

• A university education with post-graduate/under-graduate in Marketing

• Local/international internship in Digitial Marketing Function will be an added advantage

• Possess good understanding of web analytics and web designing

• Internship with a regional company set-up will be an added advantage

• Strong written and verbal English communication including presentation & active listening skills

• Demonstrate high learning agility and resourcefulness to new, unknown situations 

• Team player with good collaborative mindset to work with diverse members

• Able to manage conflicting priorities and strive well under pressure
