Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Accounting Information System or equivalent qualification. 
• Fresh graduate very welcome
• Have a knowledge about ERP solution
• Have a knowledge about Financial Consolidation (for accounting)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand, communicate, interpret business processes and requirements
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and the ability to travel to customer sites, meetings and events (national and international) 
• Hands-on experience in business process definition and design. 
• Proven track record of successfully completing projects where you have worked on the requirements and implementations. 
• Goal-driven, self-starter, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Work as Functional Consultant on the assigned engagement
• Handle financial module
• Advise customer organization on solution usage and help minimize gaps between standard product customer’s business processes with creative configuration
• Prepare Business Blueprint Documents
• Prepare functional specifications for customizations required
• Prepare User Manuals and deliver training to end users
• Ensure project documents are complete and the project is delivered successfully as per the plan
• Collaborate with customers, project team members, and partners to define business requirements. 
• Translate requirements into project deliverables in coordination with the project team. 
•  Ability to conduct Train-the-Trainer Trainings.
