PLAY ‘N’ LEARN – Venue Fun Buddy

Looking for energetic Venue Fun Buddy who loves being around kids.

Responsibility:

Fun Buddy interacting, playing, storytelling, activities with children as well as supervising and ensuring their safety in the Play area. Oversees the operations in the venue including organizing activities for kids by leading games / Edu-activities, ensuring toys and equipment are clean, and keeping the kids safe by setting up play areas and making sure overall venue are safe and secure. 

Fun Buddy in charge of regular maintenance and cleaning for venue in a specific area by regularly inspecting the zone area, removing any potential hazards, ensure all equipment is in working and safe condition, pick up trash, and maintain any walkways and paths.

Talk and play games with children and build positive relationships with parents. ensuring a positive first impression.

1. Fun buddy to supervise and monitor young children in a safe and secure environment.
2. Fun Buddy to organize, planning and facilitating play activities for young children.
3. Fun Buddy devises, create and participate in children’s fun activities also helps equip children with the skills and resources needed to facilitate their own play.
4. Fun Buddy to support children in the creation of a space in which they can play. The Fun Buddy response to children playing is based on a sound up to date knowledge of the play process, and reflective practice. 
5. Fun Buddy helps children develop physical coordination, strength, and flexibility, as well as providing recreation and enjoyment also supporting social and emotional development.
6. Fun Buddy to maintain a safe play environment, organize and store toys and materials to ensure order in activity areas. Keep the playground clean and free of debris, litter, and hazardous items, sanitize toys and play equipment.
7. Fun Buddy to monitor activity to prevent accidents and to prevent injuries and respond quickly in emergency situations.
8. Fun Buddy enforces playground regulations, watches facilities to prevent vandalism and abide venue policies and stop behaviors which could be dangerous. Report any damages or safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor.
9. Fun Buddy to maintain cleaning duties, ensuring areas are always clean and of a high standard. Perform basic maintenance tasks such as sweeping, raking, and picking up trash.
10. Fun Buddy to deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints should they arise.
11. Fun Buddy to interact and ensure the guests are informed with inquiries about the facilities, attractions, and rules and regulations. 
12. Fun Buddy must serve as a model good behavior, showing excellent relationship skills everywhere also must exemplify a good role model characteristics every day. Since as an adult, kids will look to Fun Buddy to learn how to treat others appropriately and will mirror what Fun Buddy does to make sure children practice proper playground etiquette!

Requirement:

1. F Only, attractive appearance, age max 25yo
2. Min bachelor’s degree in any background preferably hospitality and education, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Having experience in a playground or theme park would be an advantage.
4. Strong leadership and excellent follow-up skills with attention to detail. 
5. The ability to sing, dance and play kids activities would be preferable.
6. Confidence, fun, cheerful, energetic, well-groomed, independent, and fast learner (smart). 
7. English fluency with good communication skills and customer service skill.
8. Having a growth mindset and guests oriented with good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
9. Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and other staff members.
10. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of the playground area.
11. Available to work on shifts time / weekend / public holidays.
12. Willing to commute / mutation / rotation to other venues.

Placement: Serpong, Bandung, Cibubur.
