Telah dibuka lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Fullstack Developer (JS / Flutter / Microservices) – HRIS Platform di kantor PT Kharisma Adhi Sejahtera untuk kota/kab Penjaringan & Jakarta Raya (Hibrid) dan sekitarnya.

Skill yang PT kami inginkan adalah Developer/Programmer (Teknologi Informasi & Komunikasi) serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

We’re looking for a talented Fullstack Developer who loves building impactful products using modern technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, Flutter, and microservices. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop fullstack features for HRIS modules such as employee management, payroll, attendance, shift scheduling, and approval workflows.

  • Build backend APIs using Node.js/TypeScript with clean, scalable, and maintainable architecture.

  • Develop and maintain the Employee Self-Service (ESS) mobile application using Flutter.

  • Design, optimize, and maintain relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) for HRIS data flows (employee → contract → payroll → attendance).

  • Implement authentication and security mechanisms including JWT/OAuth2, RBAC, and hierarchical permission structures.

  • Build microservices for attendance synchronization, payroll batch processing, and workflow automation.

  • Work with event-driven systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ) to process high-load and asynchronous operations.

  • Collaborate with QA Engineers to implement test automation, conduct regression testing, and ensure overall product quality.

  • Integrate the HRIS platform with external systems such as ERP, e-signature providers, payroll bank APIs, and attendance devices.

  • Support CI/CD pipelines, participate in code reviews, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript.

  • Strong experience with Node.js (Express or NestJS).

  • Experience developing mobile applications using Flutter.

  • Experienced in building and consuming REST APIs with a modular and maintainable structure.

  • Solid understanding of OAuth2/JWT, session management, and role-based access control (RBAC).

  • Strong experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL, including indexing, query optimization, and relational data modeling.

  • Hands-on experience working with microservices, message brokers, and job queues.

  • Familiar with Git, Git Flow, and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI or GitHub Actions).

  • Experience using Docker for development and deployment workflows.

  • Good understanding of clean architecture, modular design principles, and separation of concerns.

Bonus Points:

  • Understand HRIS data structure: employee → contract → attendance → payroll.

  • Experience processing attendance data (check-in, check-out, tolerance, overtime).

  • Familiar with payroll calculations, including:

    • Overtime

    • Prorated salary

    • Deduction logic

    • Cut-off period

  • Experienced in building approval workflows (e.g., leave requests, overtime approvals).

  • Understanding of multi-role permission concepts (employee, supervisor, HR admin).
