We are seeking a talented full-stack developer to join our remote team and collaborate on scaling the YSL.IO protocol infrastructure. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, and MongoDB to help us achieve our goals.

Job Requirements:

• Review and approve the detailed designs.
• Nurture and manage the team members to achieve team goals.
• Design, develop, and deploy product features and improvements.
• Assist the team in day-to-day problems such as debugging issues and others.
• Partnering closely with the team to evaluate the technical feasibility, release, and timely execution of features.
• Management responsibilities include mentoring juniors, teaching hard and soft skills, and managing their career path.
• Research, conceive, design, and develop front-end components and tools to extend, improve, and stabilise our frontend.
• Research, conceive, design, and develop backend components and tools to extend, improve, and stabilise our backend.
• Drive all aspects of the development including requirements definition, design, implementation, unit testing, and integration.
• Take an active role in code reviews & pull requests, get your own code reviewed by the team and become a better developer overall.
• Lead software components development and customization for given carrier’s requirements, plan tasks and hold code and design reviews.
• Analyse carrier requirements, with a larger team, to define high-level architecture, and collaborate with senior developers across the team on design.

Skill Requirements:

• Experience with Javascript 
• Experience with Typescript
• Front Development with ReactJS
• Backend Development with NodeJS
• Database Development with MongoDB
• Experience in frontend and backend (web/mobile) development
• Experienced building clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Experience with hosting and managing backend services on various cloud providers (AWS/Vercel)

Appreciated Skills:

• Experience with Web3 (web3.js / ethers.js)
• Interest in DeFi, Crypto and Ethereum ecosystem
• Experience consuming and developing REST APIs

Our Requirements:

• Fluency in English is critical
• References on projects in production
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• At least 2 years of experience with ReactJS / NodeJS / MongoDB
• Ability to learn and acquire skills in new technologies and concepts
• At least 2 years of experience in frontend and backend (web/mobile) development
