Senior Full-Stack Engineer

AI-Powered Automation Platform

The Opportunity

We are building an AI that creates optimal workflows across multiple automation platforms. Instead of being limited to one platform’s capabilities, our AI analyses user requirements and builds hybrid workflows using the best nodes from n8n, Make.com, Pabbly, and direct API integrations.

Core Product Features:

• Intelligent Platform Analysis: AI recommends optimal platform for each workflow step

• Hybrid Workflow Generation: Seamlessly connects workflows across multiple platforms

• Cost Optimization Engine: Automatically finds the most cost-effective platform combinations

• Natural Language Interface: Conversation creates complex cross-platform automations

• Real-time Deployment: Generated workflows deployed automatically with webhook connections

The Role

As our Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll architect and build the platform that makes this vision reality. This is a founding engineer opportunity with massive impact and ownership.

Primary Responsibilities:

Architecture & Leadership (40%)

• Design scalable architecture for multi-platform workflow orchestration

• Lead technical decisions for AI-powered workflow generation system

• Architect real-time conversation system with complex workflow visualization

• Build deployment pipeline for hybrid workflows across platforms

• Establish code quality standards and development practices

Backend Development (35%)

• API Architecture: Design robust APIs for platform integrations (n8n, Make, Pabbly)

• AI Integration: Collaborate with ML engineer on conversation management and agent orchestration

• Workflow Engine: Build system that coordinates workflows across multiple platforms

• Real-time Systems: WebSocket implementation for live workflow deployment status

• Database Design: User management, conversation history, workflow storage, platform configurations

Frontend Development (25%)

• Complex UI Components: Workflow visualization, cost comparison displays, platform recommendations

• Real-time Chat Interface: Streaming AI responses with workflow previews

• Responsive Design: Mobile-optimized interface for workflow monitoring

Technical Stack:

• Frontend: Next.js 13+ (App Router), React, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript

• Backend: Node.js, Next.js API routes, WebSockets/Server-Sent Events

• Database: PostgreSQL/Supabase, Redis for caching

• AI/ML Integration: OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, vector databases, RAG systems

• Platform APIs: n8n REST API, Make.com API, Pabbly Connect API

• Infrastructure: Vercel deployment, webhook management, monitoring systems

Required Experience

Must-Have Technical Skills:

• 5+ years full-stack development with production applications

• Advanced Next.js/React expertise including App Router, Server Components, API routes

• Complex API integration experience with external platforms and webhook systems

• Real-time application development (WebSocket, streaming, live updates)

• Database design and optimization for complex relational data

• Performance optimization for AI-powered applications with multiple API calls

Preferred Experience:

• Automation platform knowledge: n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or similar workflow tools

• AI/ML integration experience: Working with LLM APIs, conversation systems, RAG implementations

• SaaS product development: User management, billing, multi-tenancy

• Startup experience: Fast-paced environment, wearing multiple hats, direct customer impact

Platform Integration Bonus:

• Experience with n8n workflows and API

• Make.com scenario development knowledge

• Understanding of webhook-based automation systems

• Knowledge of automation platform pricing and optimization strategies

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range:

• 35jt-45jt/month (based on experience)

• Performance bonuses tied to product milestones and revenue targets
