Job Responsibility:

1. Help monitor all Inbound / Inventory / Distribution Center activities on a daily basis.
2. Assist in creating daily targets and getting the results back.
3. Conduct weekly meetings with each team member and cross-department.
4. Build a solid team to support daily activities in all related departments.
5. Manage and solve complex employee relationship problems. Carry out an effective, thorough, and objective investigation.
6. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary action).
7. Work closely with management and employees to improve working.
8. Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
9. Provide guidance and input on business unit restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning.
10. Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
11. Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
12. Consistently patrol the inbound and distribution areas to make sure all members follow the work procedures properly.
13. Control and monitor a clean and safe work area in the Inventory / Distribution Center responsibility area related to 6S procedures.

Job Requirements:

1. Experienced as a WH Supervisor in a Logistic / E-commerce/ Fulfillment company.
2. Have experience operating Warehouse Management Systems ( ERP / ILS / SAP / ORACLE / PRIME / etc ).
3. Able to operate Ms. Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)H
4. Have the ability to create the data report and data analysis.
5. Strong Leadership.
6. Have the experience to lead at least 20 team members.
7. Able to communicate in English.
8. Loyal, disciplined, and target-oriented.
9. Willing to follow the Shift work schedule
