Description

• Develop and implement quality management systems with a strong emphasis on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
• Align processes to enhance overall customer satisfaction and product quality.
• Ensure strict adherence to local and international food safety and quality regulations.
• Stay abreast of changes in regulatory requirements and implement necessary adjustments.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and maintain compliance with established standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate quality assurance protocols seamlessly into the production process.
• Interface with clients to understand their quality expectations and address any concerns promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in quality and customer satisfaction.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance overall product quality and customer experience.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality raw materials.
• Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues and implement improvement plans.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality processes, audits, and corrective actions.
• Provide regular reports on key quality metrics and performance indicators.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Safety, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Proven track record in a similar role within the meat processing industry, with a focus on customer quality and satisfaction.
• Previous experience or background as a veterinarian will be considered a strong asset, bringing a unique perspective to animal health and welfare aspects of meat processing.
• In-depth understanding of food safety regulations, quality management systems, and HACCP principles relevant to meat processing.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards continuous improvement in customer-focused quality initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex quality concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
• Familiarity with Indonesian and international food safety and quality standards.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to address challenges promptly and effectively.
• Experience in conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Ability to adapt to changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
