Perusahaan kami telah merilis loker dengan sistem part time untuk posisi Freelance Tour Leader (International) di perusahaan Tour Arabia Group untuk domisili Jakarta Raya, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, & Banten serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kita inginkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan Ritel serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan kami inginkan ialah setidaknya Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Merupakan peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 6.000.000 - Rp 12.000.000.

Job Description

1. Tour Planning: Design and plan tour itineraries, including transportation, accommodations, activities, and meals, ensuring a balanced and enjoyable experience for participants.

2. Guidance and Interpretation: Provide insightful information about historical, cultural, and natural aspects of the destinations, offering engaging narratives that enhance the participants’ understanding.

3. Logistics Management: Handle logistical aspects such as transportation arrangements, ticketing, check-ins, and ensuring smooth transitions between different locations.

4. Safety and Emergency Preparedness: Prioritize the safety of participants by implementing safety protocols, providing emergency information, and being prepared to manage unexpected situations.

5. Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for participants, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs throughout the tour.

6. Conflict Resolution: Handle interpersonal conflicts or issues that may arise among participants, ensuring a harmonious and enjoyable group dynamic.

7. Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity when interacting with locals and participants from diverse backgrounds, promoting respectful behavior.

8. Time Management: Maintain a well-paced schedule, ensuring that the group adheres to timelines for activities, meals, and departures.

9. Adaptability: Be flexible and able to adjust plans in response to unforeseen circumstances such as weather changes, closures, or participant preferences.

10. Communication Skills: Maintain clear and effective communication with participants, local service providers, and relevant stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed and expectations are met.

Qualifications

1. Ability to balance a deep knowledge of the destinations with excellent interpersonal skills to create memorable and seamless travel experiences for participants.

2. A degree in hospitality, tourism management, geography, history, or a related field.

3. In-depth knowledge about the destinations, local culture, history, attractions, and landmarks.

4. Strong verbal communication skills.

5. Approachable, empathetic, and adaptable.

6. Problem-Solving Abilities in Unforeseen challenges which can arise during tours.

7. Organization skill.

8. English Language Proficiency.

9. Familiarity with the routes, local transportation, and navigation tools.

10. High level of Confident leading a group, maintaining their attention, and delivering engaging presentations.

11. Basic knowledge of safety procedures and first aid.

12. Excellent customer service attitude.

13. Previous experience in the tourism industry, public speaking, or customer service roles.

14. Tour Leader Certification, if any, would be an advantage.

15. Holder of USA, Schengen, Japanese, or Umrah Visas, would be an advantage.
