Scope of duties:

• Train staff of contractors or subcontractors on correct working procedures with PERI equipment according to PERI instruction manuals, method statements and engineering drawings
• Instruct safety procedures according to regulations
•Assist erecting the formwork/scaffold of PERI products following PERI’s assembly instruction manuals
•React promptly if an incident on site occurred and inform PERI’s Technical Manager, Head of Formwork Instructors and Sales Engineer in charge
•Ensure that checklists are reflecting site situation before casting concrete. A must do for slabs!
•Help striking (hands-on) formwork/scaffold
•Help client during loading / unloading by identifying PERI items. Receives PERI deliveries and get relevant delivery orders signed off by client.
•Participate in site meeting between Sales Engineer and customer when necessary.
•Ensure correct usage of PERI Material on site
•Solve problems on site and check with Technical department in the event of any technical problem
•Support and follow internal procedures to ensure well working customer services
•Fill out site reports and comment on design /erection conformity
•Assist client in good housekeeping on site to prevent damages and increase performance
•Make sure PERI assembly drawings, manuals and/or method statements are present on site
•Make sure relevant PERI engineering drawings are available to the client (PDF files that have been sent to the client are to be printed by the client)
•Help coordinating material deliveries with logistics department according to site conditions and support in priority definition.
•Take photographs on regular basis to keep track of site progress and to inform Technical Manager and Sales Engineer in charge of situation on site, including non-conformities

Skills and experience

•Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering or other relevant technical expertise
•Scaffolder, Scaffolding Inspector
•At least 5 years of working experience in Formwork
•Analytical personality with strong technical proficiency and ability to clearly articulate complex issues
•Very good organizational skills and structured work approach
•Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
•Trustworthy, punctual and reliable person
•Live PERI values and act responsibly to avoid any negative associations with PERI during and after working hours

•Good command of English (verbally and written)
