Telah dibuka lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Formalities Officer (Customer Service) di perusahaan PT LPS Indonesia untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya dan sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusaahan butuhkan ialah Pelayanan & Layanan Pelanggan serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang PT kami inginkan adalah setidaknya SMA, SMU/SMK/STM, Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), & Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 5.500.000 - Rp 7.500.000.

Job description:

Provide advice and support in area of working permit in order to achieve business objectives and profitability.

Job Qualifications:

Candidate must be holder of Diploma in any field
Min. 1 year work experience in the same position.
Familiar with working permit procedure, and regulation
Reasonable knowledge in using relevant office applications such as Microsoft words, excel, etc.
Good proficiency in English
Excellent analytical thinking skill.
Excellent problem solving skill.
Have a good administrative skill

Main Role of Position:

Assist in the preparation, submission and follow-up of work permit applications (RPTKA, IMTA, Dahsuskim, etc)
Review application documents for completeness and accuracy before submission
Track application statuses and ensure timely processing and renewals of each processes
Ensure all process comply with relevant immigration/manpower laws and regulations
Maintain accurate and organized records of all applications, approvals and renewals
Monitor all applications and notify clients of upcoming renewals
Generate reports on the status of work permit applications, renewals, and expirations
Keep detailed records of all communications and transactions related to all processes
Prepare and submit reports on work permit activities to Work Permit Supervisor
