Dibutuhkan. lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem kasual untuk posisi Food Service Sales Supervisor (Pontianak) di kantor PT SMART,Tbk untuk domisili Pontianak & Kalimantan Barat serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang PT kami inginkan adalah Asisten Ritel (Ritel & Produk Konsumen) serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang khusus terhadap calon pelamar sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Job Description Summary :

Perform and execute sales distribution strategy activities to achieve sustainable target fulfillment, volume growth, distribution, product penetration

Job Description :

  • Prepare sales documents such as Offering Letter, Selling Contract, Delivery Order, Response to Consumer Claims etc. to customers and related parties within the company.
  • Checking the availability, completeness and accuracy of documents related to the administration of product sales from the customers to the relevant parties in the company for the completion of the administrative process.
  • Documenting all sales administration documents issued by companies and consumers on a regular basis.
  • Offering and selling products to Group2 / chain hotels, restaurants, catering/ cafes / bar / lounge, sports and tourism venues
  • Looking for new customers create and preferably have a database of previous Horeca customers.
  • Maintain a good relationship with customers.
  • Develop an effective sales strategy to achieve the given target.
  • Analyze sales data; make proposals related to sales strategies based on the results of the analysis.
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets.
  • Able to negotiate or make deals for cooperation, collaboration and so on.
  • Creating a report:
  • periodic sales (Volume, Consumer, Price etc.)
  • Periodic sales administration completion status per contract per periodic
  • Customer complaints periodically.

Job Requirement :

  • Having experience for B2B Sales supervisor Food Service/ HORECA/Sport/tourism
  • Can work with a team.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Preferably have a good relationship and database in the field of hospitality
  • Proficient in using gadgets, presentations, dealing.
  • Have good communication skills 
  • Have the drive to achieve the target
  • Confident, Disciplined, Responsible, Creative and Have a high Initiative
