Dibutuhkan. lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi Food Product Development Associate di kantor Yummy Corp. (Afiliation of ISMAYA GROUP) untuk daerah Tangerang Regency & Banten serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang usaha kami butuhkan adalah Teknologi & Keamanan Pangan (Sains & Teknologi) serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

  • Brainstorm menu creation with the Business Manager
  • Compiling a series of products that will be sold for the brand campaign
  • Scheduling food testing for menu requests from the business manager
  • Ordering goods for food testing: outlet ordering form & cash purchase
  • Ensure with the operational team that stock for food testing is appropriate and complete
  • Input and update COGS data
  • Submit New SKU for SFG BOM: (COMP, BASE) and Saleable BOM: (HOUS, WIP)
  • Edit Existing SKU for SFG BOM: (COMP, BASE) and Saleable BOM: (HOUS, WIP)
  • Streamline Raw Material SKUs in the System
  • Streamline SKU Menu in the System
  • Making Cooking Instructions for COMP, BASE, WIP
  • Making SOP for HOUS
  • Accompanying Chefs to Transfer Knowledge (New, Revamp) at CK
  • Accompany Chefs and Baristas for Training at Outlets
  • Create a Product Trial Form (New, Replacement, Items that Require Halal Documentation)
  • Perform New SKU Requests for New Products
  • Streamlining Halal Products with QA and Purchasing
  • Create a Sample Form (Upload Photos, Trial Results, Feedback to Purchasing)
  • Conduct Shelf Life analysis
  • Conduct a trial on the packaging that will be used
  • Analyzing Competitor Brands
  • Make regular visits to outlets to check the standardization of products that have been launched

    Qualification :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or equivalent from reputable university
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related position
  • Having experience in F&B Industry
  • Fast learning and quick action
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
