Dibutuhkan!! lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi FLOORING SALES & MAREKTING di kantor PT Dalton Indonesia untuk domisili Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kita butuhkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan Ritel serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun persyaratan yang PT kami butuhkan ialah minimal Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), & Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketentuan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job description:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling (telephone) , and online research.
Conduct product presentations and consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable flooring solutions.
Provide expert product knowledge and advice to clients, adressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and proposals, negotiating terms and closing sales.
Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Stay current on industry trends, product developments and competitor landscape.

Qualifications:

Education Minimal S1 Interior Design / Architect / Marketing
Proven experience in sales, especially in the flooring industry, interior design, or construction industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients.
Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and present tailored solutions effectively solutions.
Goal oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with various flooring materials, including Carpets, Vinyls, SPCs, Parquets, Wallpanels, Handrails, Raised Floors, and Wallpapers.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable to managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Willingness to stay update on industry trends and continously improve product knowledge.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
