About the role

We are seeking an experienced Floor Manager to join our team at PT Hookah Place Partnership, a dynamic hospitality company located in Tabanan District, Bali. As our Floor Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our establishment, overseeing all front-of-house activities and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position based in our Tabanan District location.

What you’ll be doing

• Supervising and leading the front-of-house team, including hosts, servers, and bartenders, to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Monitoring restaurant operations, resolving any issues or customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinating with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service and efficient workflow
• Implementing and enforcing policies, procedures, and standards to maintain the highest levels of quality and consistency
• Analysing sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth
• Providing hands-on training and development to the front-of-house team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Assisting with inventory management, scheduling, and other administrative tasks as needed

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar floor management or front-of-house supervisory role within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities to handle a variety of situations
• Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Thorough knowledge of hospitality industry best practices, regulations, and safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential
