As Regulatory Affairs , you will be responsible to ensure that all the formula administration works are carried out in order and is comply to the Government’s regulation, you will also manage technical in-sight of the formulas pertaining matters including formula transfer from development lab/pilot plant to commercial (production) locations

You will be working in our office in BSD and is reporting directly to RA Head. You will be responsible to:

Manage all formulas registered in R&D Database system, including technical in-sight during the transfer of formulas from R&D to production ERP System.
Manage the formulation and relevant information in the R&D Database system and ERP system, including updating specific information and generate report when required. E.g. Formulation change request, mass replace, quantity adjustments, item code harmonization, change of item description.
Manage raw material and finished goods data information in ERP system.
Manage new raw material codes (TEMP code) in R&D Database system.
Assist in proper documentation in complying with customers’ requirements and target Food Regulations.
Assist in coordinating with all departments with regards to formulation, regulatory and sample submission.
Responsible for the confidentiality and security of all intelligent property (formulations and documents).
Responsible for the acquisition management of R&D lab consumable good supplies and contract service (e.g. weighing scale calibration) where deem appropriate.
Manage documentations and database (R&D and ERP) in accordance with the ISO9001 Quality Management System. Document all process flow.
Review process flow – lean management and process improvement.

YYour required skills & competencies:

Food Technology graduate, at least 1 year of experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Fluent in English
Good process thinking & Organizing Skills
Good communication and interpersonal and is a team player
Good Knowledge of MS office
Effective presentation, excellent verbal and written communication skills
