Selection Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in fintech, financial services, or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of financial services, payments, lending, or investment products.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with fintech products such as digital wallets and digital loans.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or Power BI would be an advantage.
• Should have professional level proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

This profile will be responsible for:

• Analyze financial data and operational metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements to the fintech product of Semaai.
• Manage relationships with fintech and banking partners.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast performance, and assess fintech initiatives and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Oversee the end-to-end user experience, ensuring a smooth process from application to repayment.
• Align fintech initiatives with business goals by liaising with operation, product, and senior management.
• Lead the field collections team, set performance metrics, meet targets, and resolve escalated cases strategically.
• All other strategic and operations tasks related to the fintech product.
