  2. Prepare financial statements, reports and analyses to support decision-making

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Finance Officer to join the team at PT TOMAFOOD’. As a full-time employee based in Tangerang Selatan Banten, you will play a crucial role in managing the company’s financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

What you’ll be doing

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations

  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes

  • Support the month-end and year-end closing procedures

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations

  • Preparing financial reports and statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

  • What we’re looking for

  • Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field

  • Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and monitoring financial performance against budgets

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role

  • Providing financial analysis and advice to management to support decision-making

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective financial controls and processes

  1. Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet applications

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field
