Reguirements:

– Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a reputable university

– Minimum 3 years of working experience as Auditor at Public Accounting Firm (KAP), Preferably from Big Four KAP

– Indepth knowledge of PSAK & Tax regulation in Indonesia

– Strong in Financial Reporting & Analysis

– Proficient in Microsoft Office & used to work with ERP Software (SAP)

– Strong analytical and problem solving skills

– Excellent communication & presentation skills

– Strong leadership and personnel management skills

– Willing to be placed in Tangerang area.

Role & Responsibilities:

– Coordinate monthly stock opname and inventory reconciliation

– Prepare monthly intercompany reconciliation

– Prepare and monitor monthly Downgrade, Perish and Return (DPR) by Product by

branch

– Prepare and monitor monthly Inventory Turnover report by Product

– Assist in preparing guarterly Financial Statement Consolidation Package (FS

Conspack) and ensure on time submission to Group Finance

– Assist in preparing monthly Balance Sheet Package & ensure completeness detail

supporting listing

– Assist in reviewing monthly fluctuation on Profit & Loss Statement vs. last period

and BBP target

– Assist in managing the daily activities of the financial transactions and ensuring

that all month-end, and year-end report are completed accurately and on time

– Ensuring compliance with all statutory accounting (SAK/GAAP); external &

internal audit and government regulation compliance

– Assist in accounting system transformation

– Assist in developing and reviewing all strategic SOP and Policy related Finance

and Accounting to minimize financial risk

– Works with other department heads to monitor each department and make recommendations to improve financial performance & cost efficiency.
