Get to Know the Team

The FP&A and forecasting team is responsible for the Business Vertical’s forecast and budget, including identifying for implementing scenarios, risk and opportunities.

Get to Know the Role 

Oversee the forecasting process, including coordinating input from multiple divisions and departments, and building financial models and templates. You will ensure the delivery of the final budget and forecast, confirmed with all relevant partners. Additionally, it involves managing reporting and performing follow-up analysis to track budget and forecast performance. An important aspect of you will be driving company profitability and growth by analyzing revenues, costs, and evaluating new programs and business cases.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will report to Head of FP&A.
• Knowledgeable to communicate financial and operational impact of any changes in Business logic and vice versa.
• Support Business Partnering to Vertical/Function Leaders.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to create / maintain automated data pipeline to ensure and accurate reports to Partners.
• Consolidate several Reports in internal FP&A with dateline
• Collaborate with vertical/territory FPAs by producing reports and analysis that could improve better understanding of our performance and trend.
• Be the champion to improving FP&A team workflows (weekly to yearly reporting, budgeting and forecast) and all related tools to ensure working condition for teams.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Analytical skills with the ability to find relevant insights from complex data.
• Proficiency in SQL, PowerBI, R, Python, Tableau, or similar tools would be an advantage
• Passionate about learning and exploring new trends in business and finance.
• Ability to present insights to relevant stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in multinational companies, tech consulting, or startups preferred, with a minimum of 6+ years in relevant roles.
