Untuk persyaratan yang PT kami butuhkan ialah minimum Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), & Sarjana (S1). Merupakan ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Desc :

  • Collaborated with all departments to obtain the data which will be used as the basis source in order to prepare Annual budget, Quarterly forecast, Monthly and Quarterly reporting.
  • Drive value creation within business (stretch targets). Measured by profit improvement (wider margins), lower cost and driving performance. Focus management on the most critical risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with internals to develop analysis that lead to actionable insights that can improve business decision making, performance, and growth. Help implement approved action plans from finance perspective.
  • Monitor operational performance including variance analysis and comparison against forecast and budget. Challenge the business with a critical view and support to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and analyze financial review report every month by comparing monthly budget to actual result, and reporting on variances from the budget, last month, and last year result.
  • Review all expenses from current month.
  • Prepare, reviewed, analyzed, and set up P/L projection or IRR for new store planning / new business

Requirement :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting (or related).
  • Max 35 yo.
  • Advanced Excel skills in building complex financial analysis/models and exposure to Data visualization. Experience with using Ms. Power point and Macro Excel is preferred but not a must.
  • Ability to translate business requirements/ queries into financial analysis and financial models.
  • More than 2 years of experience in financial/business analysis and supporting business teams. Preferably with experience working in Retail Industry, Corporate Finance Division or Advisory firm.
  • Experience with financial statement analysis and knowledge of corporate finance concepts.
  • Experience with budgetary responsibilities related to operational, projects, or resources
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong integrity and not afraid to raise concerns or highlight opportunities.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively “outside the box”
