Spinalogic Wellness is a leading physiotherapy, wellness, and chiropractic practice in Bali. We are committed to providing top-notch services to our clients and are now looking for a skilled Financial Controller to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller with a minimum of four years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and financial controlling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work with a consultant to handle tax submissions. Experience with Xero software is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Collaborate with a tax consultant for submissions of tax.
• Additional controller duties as necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of four years of relevant experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and financial controlling.
• Proven experience with accounting software, specifically Xero, and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
