Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

You will report directly to the Head of Shipping Agency as Finance Controller. This position is located in Indonesia and primarily responsible for the effective financial management, financial control, financial reporting and tax compliance of the Shipping Agency. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a Finance Team with a clear reporting structure

• Set clear objectives and KPIs for the Finance Team, guide and monitor the Team towards achieving the objectives and KPIs

• Develop the Finance Team’s technical skills such as accounting and financial reporting, internal control, tax and regulatory compliance, proper documentation and filing, etc and other skills such as communication, teamwork and management skills, etc.

• Ensure organization comply with local rules and regulations including but not limited to the filing of financial statements and tax submission. 

• Support the management as a business partner in providing financial information and analysis to support decision making

• Drive forecasting and budgeting process to drive the various departments towards achieving corporate objectives

• Formulate and monitor budget periodically and perform variance analysis to advise the Management on corrective actions if needed

• Pro-actively manage the cash flow needs of the business, liaise with banks for guarantees and other facilities as needed.

• Liaise with relevant departments within Company and relevant Principal departments to ensure optimal working capital deployed for the business.

• Support automation and systems enhancement efforts (includes GFS and GCAM project on documentation & other upcoming projects). 

• Actively participate in ERP implementation/improvements

• Adhering to SOPs/develop new SOPs as and when needed for better control and reporting

• Financial assurance role – Resolution of 2022 audit issues as well as other potential issues arising from the legacy GLSoft system and missing accounting records.

• Handle and manage HR/Admin matters.

JOB REQUIREMENT

a) At least 10-15 years of relevant Finance experience, preferably in shipping businesses.

b) Accounting degree or CPA qualified

c) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

d) Ability to work independently in a new setup 

e) Experience in Principal/Agency accounting

f) Strong in accounting standards, internal controls and procedures

g) Proficient in Microsoft Excel

h) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both verbal and written English

i) Ability to work under pressure

j) Team player, trustworthy, self-motivated and hardworking.

k) Ability to set up new business processes and to drive process improvements
