• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor from all majors.
• You have a minimum of 3+ years of work experience, in sales or marketing in the financial, insurance, and banking industry and entrepreneurs are preferred.
• A strong leadership quality.
• Ability to work with a young and dynamic multinational organization.
• An energetic, proactive self-starter who can identify and execute the necessary steps needed to drive sales for an organization.
• Having a wide network, database, and relationship.
• Ability to identify and form relationships with relevant decision-makers.
• Preferable the candidate with a digital & start-up mindset

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain good relationships with potential clients.
• Promote and provide Financial products to solve clients’ financial plans/needs.
• Educate clients on each type of financial product and make recommendations based on their needs.
• Evaluate current financial portfolio and recommend additional coverage when needed.
• Consult customer’s financial planning for short – long term as needed.
• Assist clients in carrying out the post-sales process.
• Learning and presenting the available financial products that we have, such as investment, inheritance, insurance, and savings products.
