WE ARE LOOKING FOR …..

Responsible for preparing and distributing periodic financial statements to various stakeholders, and the compliance with professional standards, AIA group reporting policy and statutory and regulatory requirements

Finance Systems & Processes

Key Responsibilities

• Provide & review data for EMS transaction table : LIC bottom up, LIC direct, AMC mark up, RCH settlement – Ensure that finance team has been update this
• Ensure all the EMS & SAP mapping table has been updated
• Access frequently for new OCOA whether those new OCOA is impacted to the IFRS 17 or not
• ETLSL RnC Report – Final Review, find a root caused and solving the problem
• SAS RnC Report – Final Review, find a root caused and solving the problem
• Monitor the SAP month end closing
• Review reasonabless of IFRS 9 number
• Final Review the IFRS 9 report & reconcile to SAP

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from Accounting/Finance or any related major.
• Minimum 6 years of solid experience in project management
• Experience on process documentation and test management and test governance
• Open and effective communication skills
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities
• Knowledge of life insurance industry or financial institutions
• Understanding of various phases and objectives in development lifecycle of a project
• Able to work in fast paced and challenging environments
• Self-starter, creative thinking, proactive and enthusiastic and a team player
