Perusahaan kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Finance Staff (Account Payable) di tempat usaha PT Lion Wings untuk domisili Jakarta Timur & Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.
Kemampuan yang perusahaan kami inginkan ialah Hutang Usaha (Akuntansi) serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.
Perusahaan ini tidak memiliki kualifikasi yang spesifik terhadap pelamar pekerjaan sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.
Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Job Description:
- Vendor payment: Checking the completeness and validity of documents related to vendor payment, prepare schedule of payment to vendor for each vendor according to invoice due date, prepare journal voucher payment and get approval on it from authorized persons, input the information of outgoing cash in bank application or prepare a form of cash transfer request to be submitted to the concerned bank
- Store and archive all documents related to vendor payment in hardcopy form
- Provide information pertaining to vendor payment date and details of settled invoices; send the proof of payment documents to vendors and purchasing division
- Prepare an advance payment request in SAP system
- Assist to provide data/documents to external auditor during interim and final audit fieldwork
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) – Accounting with minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00
- Minimum 1 year of work experience as finance/accounting staff in FMCG industry.
- Excellent knowledge of Ms Office (Excel, etc.)
- Familiar with accounting system (SAP) will be a plus point
- Good character (honest, integrity, determined, etc)
- Able to work in a team
- Having good logical thinking
- Willing to take part in the Recruitment and Work Placement process in Cakung, East Jakarta.
