Kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi FINANCE OPERTATIONS EXECUTIVE di kantor PT Vector InfoTechnologies Indonesia untuk domisili Jakarta Timur dan sekitarnya.
Pengalaman yang perusahaan kami inginkan ialah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.
Adapun untuk kualifikasi yang perusahaan kami butuhkan ialah minimum Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.
Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Responsibilities
· You will be responsible for end-to-end accounting function of the company including but not limited to GL, reporting, budgeting, balance sheet, bank reconciliations, audit support, AP and AR and Tax compliance submissions on monthly, quarterly and/or yearly.
· Reconcile daily, monthly, and yearly transactions including prepare supporting documents related to finance, daily transaction journal, invoice, prepare financial & tax reports, and perform financial transactions, recording and posting of accounting transactions accurately into system, ensure its accuracy and timely execution.
· Prepare, validate, and submit payment transactions for approval, ensure data/document requirements are completely done according to applicable company’s policy and financial judgement, proper filing and upkeep of accounting records.
· Control AR ageing; prepare, submit, sales invoices and claims effectively in accordance to sales contract terms and procedure, conducting of prompt collection activities weekly, monthly on proactive basis to ensure timely payments; Partner with the business/operations teams in supporting financial operation related function in managing payment and cash collection process
· Plan and submit monthly budget (include weekly payment plan), review and monitor cash flow, control AR and AP ageing and overdue, goods receipt/invoice receipt (GR/IR) clearing
· Prepare and submit timely accounting and financial schedules and reports / required data to head office accountant, audit committee, for financial audit or other audits including prepare and provide accurate monthly stand-alone and consolidated financial reports.
· Support the project financing arrangement with financial institutions.
· Drive improvement and simplification of business process in financial operation area to adapt to changing business needs to achieve process efficiency and effective internal controls and ensure full compliance that will lead to the integrity of financial information and reporting
· Risk assessment (low/medium/high) of all accounting areas and reporting such areas to Finance Head / Head Office
· Provide ad hoc data as requested by the management.
· Other duties as assigned
Necessary Skill / Experience
· Fluency in English and Bahasa ; Able to speak and write in English.
· Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, ACCA or equivalent, with professional qualification such as CPA is preferred.
· Minimum 3 years relevant working experience with proven knowledge of book keeping and accounting & tax principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulation
· Relevant project accounting & finance working experience preferred.
· Hold Tax Brevet A & B is highly preferable
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Proficiency) and Accounting System
· Have strong integrity, commitment critical analytical thinking, accurate in detail, time-management skills, good interpersonal and communication skills
· Have experience in prepare & analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheet, cash flow, perform account and bank reconciliation
· Understand about PPH, PPN, E-SPT and related document for taxation and reporting experience
· Able to work individually or in a team
