Key Responsibilities:
Establishing Finance Operations: Lead the establishment and development of finance operations, including implementing financial policies, procedures, and systems from scratch.
Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the company’s budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure the company’s financial stability and support growth initiatives.
Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Tax and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations. Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors as needed.
Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to support their growth and performance.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in finance, with a minimum of 4 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience establishing finance operations from scratch, preferably with experience from a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
