Perusahaan kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Finance Manager di kantor PT NexWave untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Skill yang kami inginkan ialah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Adapun untuk kualifikasi yang kami inginkan adalah min Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Sesuai dari ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Descriptions:

Ensure controls are performed in accordance with SOP and Deed of Authority/DOA.
Ensure that no high point or repeat point might be raised by internal audit.
Organized and reviewed required data for external auditor up to review final audit report.
Control AP and payment transactions recording and payment process to ensure its accuracy and timely execution and to ensure those were done in accordance with SOP, Policy and DOA.
Review timely and accurate monthly reports, and SGX reports on a quarterly and annual basis.
Control Purchase transactions were performed in accordance with SOP, Policy, and DOA.
Actively participate in the procurement team to give positive and workable input on how to overcome issues such as limited subcontractors or limited vendor materials for the agreed prices and speed as requested by projects.
Encourage and nurture the team to build strong and positive teamwork.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Fluency in written and spoken English
Minimum of two years of experience in accounting and financial reporting in a complex and middle to big size company.
Strong critical thinking, analytical and numerical skills
Good planning, organizational, communication, time management, and leadership skills
Experienced in audit process with big 4
Handled at least 10 subordinates
Multitasking, hard-working, and able to communicate and solve operational issues within SOP, Policy, and DOA
Good time management, planning, and understanding of project including the ability to interact with each stakeholder
Able to work under pressure and able to manage a team.
