Hatch have an opening vacancy for Finance Manager to work for an multinational Engineering company. This is an opportunity to be part of an established team of professionals, to further your career on challenging projects and support Hatch’s worldwide operations. This position will allow the candidate to directly apply and develop knowledge in processing and handling accounting and taxation domestically and internationally.

We are seeking applicants with:

• University Degree, Bachelor’s in accounting with a strong academic record (GPA >3.00).
• Preferably having Tax Brevet AB & C certificate.
• Minimum-12 years of experience in accounting and tax in a multinational company.
• Experience with SAP systems can be prioritized.
• Having good knowledge in Tax and Financial reporting and Receivable and Payable payment and reporting.
• Good analytical, strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively deal with auditors and tax regulators.
• Ability to multi-task and work under high pressure and tight deadlines without sacrificing high quality work output.
• High integrity and excellent work ethics, with strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and discipline.

• An enthusiastic and positive ‘can do’ attitude, and an ability to work flexibly to support project requirements.
• Fluent verbal and written English language skills.

This role is based in Hatch Jakarta office (South Quarter Building, Cilandak, Jakarta Selatan)
