The Finance Manager will report directly to CEO and you will need to be hands on at work. This is a key role for the organization as you will be expected to provide accurate financial information to management for decision making and to maintain company cash flow and minimize risk of the company. Ultimately you are part of a drive to ensure effective and smooth formulation and execution of Company Strategy, whilst managing your own team.

Description

1. In charge of coordinating the company’s accounting, financial statement, and financial budget preparation and management. Additionally, responsible for reviewing and overseeing the annual and quarterly budget consolidation. Implementing suitable methods to control the budget, analyzing market conditions, and collaborating on project planning and investment analysis.
2. Tasked with establishing and implementing measures to prevent internal control risks in financial management practices. Monitoring the company’s financial status by managing financial risks and supervising process adherence to ensure compliance with all regulations.
3. Responsible for the management of the company’s bank accounts, cash, and checks, making daily payments, and maintaining accurate records of the company’s financial accounts.
4. Prepare a cash flow plan and ensure appropriate use and financing of funds to meet the company’s strategic financial needs for development.
5. Handle tasks related to project investment budgeting and provide financial recommendations for significant company decisions.
6. Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by the management and board of directors.

Profile

• Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or full professional qualification
• At least 10 years of working experience in similar roles, experienced managing a team of at least 5 people
• Experience using ERP System
• Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges
• Strong analytical skill required to identify risks and opportunities in the business
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationships
• You will have excellent command of Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast paced environment at a rapidly growing company.
• High level of ethics and integrity
