Telah dibuka lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Finance Manager - Based in Jakarta (Hybrid Working) di kantor PT Jobstreet Indonesia untuk domisili Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusahaan kami butuhkan ialah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Adapun persyaratan yang perusahaan inginkan ialah minimal Sarjana (S1). Merupakan ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Tapi itu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

Key Objective of Role

  • The Finance Manager will serve as a business partner to various commercial leaders within the country.
  • Work directly with the commercial teams to provide the financial insights necessary to evaluate new product introductions from an investment, costing, pricing, and margin perspective.
  • Actively contribute to strategy and respond appropriately to risk mitigation and performance efficiencies.
  • Perform in-depth financial modelling and insightful analysis of the financial performance.
  • Liaise with external auditors in the completion of their annual review, tax office for tax audit, and internal audit.
  • Responsible for working with the Head of Departments to understand and articulate their business needs, consolidate these requirements into the annual and strategic planning cycles, and partner with them to provide real time, insightful financial information
  • Work with Shared Service organisations and all stakeholders on accounting, financial controls, and compliance.
  • Build continuous improvements cross function, streamline workflows, and ensure projects adhere to approved benchmarks.
  • Manage existing processes and cadences, also establish “outside the box” thinking while influencing stakeholders across SEEK.
  • Prepare robust financial budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis that support business planning processes, including the delivery of business case scenario modelling, ‘what-if’ analysis, variance analysis, viability information, risks and opportunities analysis.
  • Build and maintain product costing and forecasting models for new product launches
  • Identify and resolve complex technical, operational, and organizational challenges and drive process improvements
  • Prepare and present product-launch phase gate presentations alongside the commercial teams that provide a detailed plan supported by financial metrics
  • Supervised FP&A team.
  • Local tax knowledge in Indonesia is essential.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Ideally, hold CPA or MBA degree or equivalent.
  • Substantial experience within Finance at a senior level. Pre-existing team leadership experience is a must.
  • Minimum 10 years post qualifying experience with strong understanding of financial controls, accounting, reporting, and business partnering.
  • High energy, responsive, detail oriented, and an experienced leader with strong communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, operational, and people skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging work environment is a must.
  • Experience in Power BI and Tableau will be highly regarded.
