Job Description:

Oversees the financial management and reporting activities of the Company, and is responsible for full spectrum of finance of Airbus Helicopters Malaysia and Airbus Helicopters Simulation Center. Budget planning as well as supporting executive management team in offering insights and financial advices that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company. Achieve
and maintain the Airbus Country standard required in Finance processes/practices.

1 Ensure AHM/AHSC/ACS monthly account closing are closed in accordance to the timeframe set by HQ and in quality manner.
2 Ensure all reporting of AHM/AHSC/ACS are submitted in accordance to the
timeframe set by HQ and in quality manner.
3 Ensure audited report of AHM/AHSC/ACS are issued within the timeline set by Head of Finance.
4 Ensure tax return of AHM/AHSC/ACS are submitted within the deadline set by
Inland Revenue of Malaysia
5 Ensure Transfer Pricing document of AHM/AHSC/ACS are issued within the
timeline set by Head of Finance
6 Responsible for the FC/OP preparation for AHM Group (Balance Sheet items)
7 Ensure payments (upto RM50K) of AHM/AHSC/ACS are approved in accordance to the payment memo issued by Head of Finance
8 Ensure compliance of all finance key controls and managing fit check for
AHM/AHSC/ACS
9 Provide support on indirect tax matters (SST, WHT, etc) to internal stakeholders
10 Ensure achievement of AHM group’s overdue target
11 Oversee the treasury function
12 Development of finance team’s competencies
13 Support on adhoc requests.

14 Upkeep and live Airbus Values, Leadership Model and Code of Conduct, to be the exemplary to others and to promote and increase the awareness of Airbus Values, Leadership Models and Code of Conduct to Team and other Employees.
