As a Finance Executive at Renewable Bioenergy Company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our financial operations. You will be responsible for daily accounting tasks, preparing timely financial reports, and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. Additionally, you will provide crucial financial analysis to support management decision-making and oversee the completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts. This role will specifically focus on managing the financial accounts of our Indonesian operations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform daily accounting tasks, maintain the general ledger, and ensure accurate financial records.
  2. Prepare monthly financial statements and internal management reports, conducting thorough financial analysis.
  3. Oversee the completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  4. Conduct reasonableness checks during closing periods and organize closing activities.
  5. Provide financial support for management decision-making processes.
  6. Manage the financial accounts of our Indonesian operations.
  7. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  2. Familiarity with foreign financial regulations and experience working in foreign companies or factories.
  3. Strong financial analysis skills and experience in implementing internal controls.
  4. Principled and responsible with the ability to work under pressure.
  5. Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Indonesian, English, and Chinese (both verbal and written). Chinese language proficiency and work experience preferred.
